Do I have to fill in my name as per passport during the booking?
Yes, it is mandatory for your name to be the same as your passport as appropriate identification at check-in.

Can I change the date for my booking?
You may change the date of the booking and subject to the following conditions:
subject to the room availability.
if the new room booked is in a lower rate than that of the confirmed booking rate, the difference in rates will not be refunded to the guest.
if the new room booked is in a higher rate than that of the confirmed booking rate, the difference in rates shall be paid by the guest before the change can be made.
the change is not confirmed until it is reflected in your booking confirmation.
I need to cancel my reservation. Can I be refunded?
If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation if the sales and cancellation conditions allow you to do so. Otherwise, any non-cancellation reservations will be charged for all or part of your stay depending on the sales conditions for the rate reserved. For some rates, cancellation of a reservation may be subject to conditions. Please refer to the sales conditions associated with the rate in the "Cancellation Policy". We remind, prepaid reservations cannot be refunded.
If the stay is terminated early, the full agreed price will be paid. In the case of reservation with prepayment, no refund will be made for this reason.
Can I cancel my booking because I am ill or undergoing surgery?
We understand that unexpected situations arise involving illness or medical procedures.
If you do not wish to come due to illness or medical procedures, we will allow you to cancel your booking if you are able to provide doctor's official letter stating that you are unable to fly. We will offer you the value of the rate you paid in a credit account for your future travel which must be utilized within three (3) months from the date of credit issuance.
I have made a booking but I did not receive any confirmation via e-mail. What should I do?
Once a booking has been completed online, you should receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours (please check the SPAM/JUNK folder). If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours, please email us your booking details.
What do you required for check-in?
In application of the regulations, the guests may be asked on arrival at the hotel to fill out a registration card. For this purpose, the guests will be asked to provide a valid identification.
What voltage and electric plug (socket) do you use in Thailand?
The standard voltage is 220 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz, and most plug feature two-prong round or flat sockets
Can I bring my pet/animal?
Yes, but please verify before. The charge for pets is 900 THB per day.
Can I check-in earlier and late check-out?
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Please ensure you have a valid passport or visa for the duration of your trip. It is your sole responsibility to obtain a valid visa (where required) and comply with any applicable immigration laws for your entry and stay.
Charming Fox Samui may at any time vary these terms and conditions of use (including without limitation charmingfoxsamui.com's conditions of booking as set out) with or without notice to you.
Guests agree and undertake to use their room responsibly. Therefore, any conduct contrary to accepted standards of behavior and public order will result in the hotelier asking the customer to leave the hotel with no compensation and/or refund if a payment has already been made. If no payment has been made, the customer will have to pay the price of nights already stayed before leaving the hotel.

Charming Fox Samui can organize a wedding in the form of or similar to a marriage celebration. It is therefore not necessary for the couple to be legally bound in Thailand or bring their legal documents to present to the hotel.
However, the following procedures are to be taken by any foreign wedding couple who want to be legally married in Thailand:
The couple have to handle all legal requirements for a marriage registration and stay in Bangkok for a few days to get all necessary documents translated and approved by both their own embassy and the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Thailand. There are many travel agencies who provide this kind of service.
With the assistance of the travel agency, the couple can register their marriage at one of the Bangkok District Office after all.
In case the couple want to register their marriage on Koh Samui, whether to be present at the wedding ceremony or at the Samui District Office, the following steps are required:
The approved documents in clause 1 have to be submitted to the District Office on Koh Samui at least 2 days prior to the wedding (not counting Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays). The District Office will have to check all documents before proceeding with registration.
The hotel will charge the optional for this service in case the couple would like the registrar to be present at the wedding ceremony (the service fee applicable).
the couple do not mind having the marriage registration and wedding ceremony on different dates, they can go to the District Office any day before and after their wedding. The hotel can help with the transfer arrangement.
